From June 25th to 27th, the Youth Work Committee of the Safety and Health Committee of the China National Textile and Apparel Council successfully held a theme forum on "New Ideas for the Development of the PPE Industry" in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. Lei Limin, the president of the China Textile Commerce Association, and Gao Fei, the president of the Safety and Health Protective Products Professional Committee of the China Textile Commerce Association, attended the event. The theme forum was hosted by Yu Jie, the CEO of Shanghai Lanlang Security Technology Co., LTD. During the on-site visit, the young committee members successively visited Zhejiang Dongya Gloves Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Naite Technology Co., LTD. Their visit covered core areas such as laboratories, testing rooms, production workshops, storage warehouses, and offices. They also actively explored new directions for enterprise optimization based on the actual situation of their own enterprises.

At Zhejiang Dongya Gloves Co., LTD., the young committee members, led by engineers from Zhejiang Dongya, gained a detailed understanding of the R&D and testing process of Dongya's PVC gloves and experienced the company's latest hand protection products.

Under the detailed explanation and guidance of Jiang Xuri, the chairman of Zhejiang Naite Technology Co., LTD., the young committee members visited the complete production and testing process of safety helmets and the WMS warehouse management system. In the Naitai conference room, Jiang Xuri gave a detailed account to the young committee members about the development history and achievements of Zhejiang Naitai Technology Co., LTD., including the outstanding contribution made by the "Space Dinner Plate" jointly developed and produced by the China Space Center and Zhejiang Naitai to China's manned space program, as well as Zhejiang Naitai's participation in the formulation of multiple national and industry standards.

At the same time, Jiang Xuri also expressed his earnest expectations to the young committee members, hoping that they could carry forward the spirit of hard work and dedication of Chinese labor protection workers, strive to demonstrate new achievements, make new progress and create a new situation in the new era, and truly play the role of the "main force" in the high-quality development of China's labor protection industry.

During the theme lecture session, Yu Jie, the CEO of Shanghai Lanlang Security Technology Co., LTD., specially invited Zheng Zhong, the director of the B2B division of Shanghai Lanlang Security Technology Co., LTD., Dr. Ma LAN from SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., LTD., and Zheng Xiangtian, the CEO of Shanghai Zhenyi Technology Co., LTD., to respectively give speeches on "Cultivating Hands" The theme sharing sessions on "Sailing the World", "Green and Sustainable Development of the PPE Industry with Dual Carbon", and "Rapidly Building a Customer-Centered Order Visualization and Digital Supply Chain" introduced new business operation concepts and explored new business operation models for the young committee members from aspects such as positioning niche markets, looking at global trends, and investing in lean management.

During the discussion and exchange session, three conveners of the Youth Work Committee, Lin Yanwei from Jiande Chaomei Daily Chemical Co., LTD., Bai Wen from Liuzhou Baiying Labor Protection Products Co., LTD., and Yu Jie from Shanghai Lanlang Security Technology Co., LTD., served as group leaders.
